Where is the conference being held ?

What are the conference dates ?

The tutorials are on the 7th of June 2012. The keynote and other talks will be on the 8th and 9th June 2012

How do I get to the conference venue ?

If you are staying in the city, we are organizing a shuttle bus service in the morning and the evening. If you are driving, you can park at the Multi-Storey Carpark at Republic Polytechnic at SGD$3 per day.

Can you recommend a hotel ?

We recommend you use the Your Singapore directory to decide. We have some other suggestions.

What are the conference fees ?

The early bird registration rate is S$200. If your company is sponsoring your application, please consider using the corporate rate of S$250. After the early bird period, the rates will be S$250 and S$300 respectively. Tutorials are S$75 each (in addition to the conference fee).

What is the early bird period ?

The early bird rate is available till the 15th of May.

Are there discounts for students ?

Yes. The student rate is S$80. You will still need to pay for any tutorials you wish to attend. Please choose the student rate during registration and attach a scanned copy of your Student ID

How can I pay ?

You can pay via PayPal. If you need other payment options, please contact us with details.

Do you offer financial support ?

Yes. We do offer financial support only for students. It will be on a reimbursement basis. Please email us with your request, and we'll get back to you with details.

How can I help ?

If you wish to volunteer during the conference (as a runner, room MC) or on the 8th during the setup, please email us.

How do I find out who's presenting ?

What tutorials are available ?

The tutorials page has a list of tutorials. The tutorials will be conducted only if enough people sign up. If you sign up for a tutorial which is cancelled, you will be allowed to choose another tutorial instead.
